--> Bulk Provisioning Service (BPS) need to be enabled in CUCM to use Bulk Administration Tool.
--> Bulk Provision Service (BPS) administers and maintains all jobs that are submitted through Bulk Administration menu of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration.
