--> Class of Restriction is the feature used in CME to implement calling restrictions on the VoIP Users.
--> Class of Restriction(COR) feature is similar to Calling Search Spaces and Partition in CUCM.
--> Each dial-peer can be provisioned with an incoming and an outgoing COR list.
--> This functionality provides flexibility in network design, allows users to block calls (for example, calls to 900 numbers), and applies different restrictions to call attempts from different sources.
--> COR is often described as a lock and key mechanism. Locks are assigned to dial peers with an outgoing COR list. Keys are assigned to dial peers with an incoming COR list.
--> Configuration of COR as follows,
1) Creation of COR tags
2) Creating outgoing COR lists
3) Creating Inbound COR Lists
4) Assignment of outgoing COR lists
5) Assignment of incoming COR lists
